mother of Kaden, 14 month old boy with an extremely rare Genetic Disorder
Our 14 month old son, Kaden was diagnosed with chromosome two gene deletion (2q24.1-24.3), a very rare genetic condition. His prognosis at birth was grim. We love our son and want the best for him. While researching online, we discovered the Anat Baniel Method.
After Kaden’s first session with Judy Cheng, we noticed that he was being different! He could roll to his side and stay there, play with a toy or watch TV. He was banging his left arm on the floor too, and moving his pelvis. When I held him in a sitting position on my lap I could feel that he was taking more control over it. We were so happy to see these changes after just one session.
Kaden is a much happier baby now and has been sleeping much better too. He is also spending more time playing on his tummy, something he used to hate. I am amazed by these little movements that are new and I can see on his face and eyes that he is exploring his new found movements and space. He has been vocalizing a lot more with different tones. I can’t wait to see what he is going to discover next.
